When you choose to order our products in Dual or Gradient colors, please keep in mind that each piece is unique due to the nature of these special filaments. The colors change randomly during the printing process, resulting in variations that make every product one-of-a-kind.
This means the product you receive can differ significantly from the color shown in the picture on our product page. This is most noticeable in the Rainbow color as it cycles through various colors.

When ordering our products that have colored eyes, please be aware that each product comes with a random eye color. This variety adds to the uniqueness and character of each piece.

What quality to expect from 3D printed products?
A filament 3D printer produces products by layering thin layers of PLA (Polylactic acid), a thermoplastic polyester. Our products are produced using a range in layer thickness between 0.12 mm and 0.08 mm, depending on the level of detail the product requires.
While a 3D printer is a wondrous device, it's important to note that the objects it creates will bear visible layers. This is a natural side-effect of its layer-by-layer creation process. You might also notice occasional impurities or slight marks.
These unique characteristics should be expected and are part of the charm of each creation. I always strive to minimize these marks, ensuring that each piece is as close to perfection as the realms of magic and technology allow.
